Meet the Founder
Shinaidine St. Fleur, MHA is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BridgePoint Health Solutions. As a U.S. Navy veteran and healthcare professional, she is passionate about strengthening healthcare organizations through education, operational support, and culturally responsive communication.
She earned her Master of Health Administration and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work, combining expertise in healthcare leadership with a commitment to improving patient outcomes and community well-being. Throughout her career, she has gained experience in healthcare administration, behavioral health, care management, hospital discharge planning, and Haitian Creole language access services.
Inspired by a passion for service and health equity, Shina founded BridgePoint Health Solutions to help healthcare organizations improve workforce development, streamline operations, enhance communication, and expand access to culturally responsive care. Her mission is to empower organizations with practical solutions that strengthen teams, improve patient experiences, and create lasting impact within the communities they serve.
